This flagship infrastructure project spans over 18 square kilometers in a high-profile cultural and residential zone of Abu Dhabi. Designed to support world-renowned institutions and mixed-use developments, the initiative involved the planning and modeling of critical infrastructure components including roads, bridges, culverts, and underground utility networks.

Scope of Work

F2i was responsible for delivering end-to-end BIM services for infrastructure development across a vast and complex site. Our scope included:
  • BIM modeling of infrastructure networks across an 18+ sq km area
  • Site-wide coordination of utilities, stormwater systems, culverts, and bridges
  • LOD 400 & 500 development for digital construction delivery
  • Integration of landscape and civil works with architectural masterplans
