Junior BIM Modeler (2-4 Years Experience)
Location: India
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D models using Revit software based on project specifications and design requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand project goals and objectives.
- Assist in the creation and modification of BIM models, including building components, systems, and details.
- Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve design
- Generate accurate 2D drawings and documentation from the BIM
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide input on model
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related
- Strong knowledge of Revit software and BIM
- Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings and
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced
- Good communication and collaboration
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking
