BIM Coordinator (6-8 Years Experience)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, coordination, and management of complex civil engineering models using AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and quality of the Civil 3D model.
- Conduct thorough clash detection analysis and coordinate resolution with various stakeholders.
- Review and approve construction drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team.
- Oversee the implementation of Civil 3D processes and standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in Civil 3D technology and industry practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Civil 3D modeling.
- Strong knowledge of clash detection and coordination processes.
- Proficiency in construction documentation and drawing standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate complex projects.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
