4D Simulation Expert – Synchro
Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and managing 4D simulations by linking BIM models with project schedules using Synchro 4D to support construction planning, sequencing, and progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update 4D simulations integrating BIM models and schedules
- Link models (Revit/IFC) with schedules from Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project
- Develop construction sequencing and phasing simulations
- Coordinate with planning and BIM teams
- Track progress (planned vs actual) and highlight delays
- Produce simulation videos and reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
- 3–6 years of BIM/planning experience
- Hands-on experience in Synchro 4D
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage
- Understanding of construction sequencing and schedules
