BIM Manager - Infrastructure (Civil 3D)
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager – Infrastructure to join our team in Dubai. If you have strong expertise in roads, utilities, and grading works, along with leadership experience in managing BIM teams, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM delivery for infrastructure projects using Civil 3D
- Manage and coordinate models across roads, utilities, and grading disciplines
- Establish BIM standards, workflows, and best practices
- Perform advanced clash detection and resolve coordination issues
- Review and approve BIM models and construction drawings
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing BIM team
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in BIM/Civil 3D for infrastructure projects
- Strong hands-on expertise in roads, wet & dry utilities, and grading
- Experience in major grading projects will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in team leadership and BIM management
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
