BIM Modeler (4-6 Years Experience)
Location: India
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate representation of design
- Assist in clash detection and coordination activities, resolving conflicts as
- Generate construction documents, including 2D drawings and specifications, from the BIM model.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate and integrate their respective models into the overall project.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and associated
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to BIM
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related
- Proficiency in Revit software and experience in developing BIM
- Knowledge of clash detection and coordination
- Familiarity with construction documentation and drawing
- Strong communication and collaboration
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on
