Coastal & Marine Infrastructure Development – Abu Dhabi, UAE

This coastal infrastructure initiative was part of a broader waterfront development strategy aimed at boosting tourism and public engagement along Abu Dhabi’s shoreline. The project focused on enhancing marine access and resilience through the construction of robust quay walls, revetments, and supporting marine structures.

Scope of Work

F2i was responsible for delivering BIM and engineering solutions for all major marine and shoreline components, including:
  • Detailed design and construction engineering of quay walls, revetments, and support structures
  • BIM modeling at LOD 350 and 400 for accurate coordination and construction planning
  • Integration of land and marine elements in a seamless digital environment
  • Alignment of infrastructure with environmental and tourism development goals

Results Delivered
F2i provided high-detail, clash-free BIM models that enabled smooth coordination between land-based infrastructure and marine works. Our team supported timely design approvals and efficient construction sequencing, contributing to a world-class waterfront destination aligned with Abu Dhabi’s long-term coastal development vision.
