Scope of Work
F2i was appointed to deliver complete design and BIM services, including:
- Infrastructure design for utilities, roadways, and drainage systems
- BIM modeling at LOD 350, 400, and 500 across all engineering disciplines
- Design of guard houses, compound boundary structures, and access control zones
- Planning of signage, street markings, and landscape works (hardscape and softscape)
- Coordination of all systems in a high-detail, constructible BIM environment
