This administrative facility was designed to serve as the central operations hub for a major industrial utility plant in Saudi Arabia. The building was planned to meet high-performance standards, ensuring it could support technical workflows, staff operations, and critical infrastructure management.

Scope of Work

F2i provided comprehensive design and BIM services across all major disciplines. The scope included:

  • Coordination of mechanical corridors and service zones within the architectural design
