This comprehensive coastal infrastructure initiative was developed to support Abu Dhabi’s expanding tourism and waterfront development goals. The project included the integration of marine structures with onshore utilities, transportation networks, and landscape features to create a unified, high-performing environment for public and commercial use.

Scope of Work

F2i delivered full design and BIM engineering services across a broad set of civil and marine assets, including:

  • Detailed design and construction engineering of culverts, revetments, substations, and marine elements

  • BIM modeling at LOD 350, 400, and 500 for accurate coordination and delivery

  • Infrastructure works covering utilities, roads, signage, and wayfinding

  • Hardscape and softscape landscape design including public furniture, finishes, and green zones
