Strategically located to serve a major trade and transport corridor, the development focuses on streamlined goods management, modular construction, and operational flexibility to support large-scale logistics operations.
Scope of Work
F2i was engaged to provide tender-stage design services, including:
- Design development for 101,772 sqm of bonded warehouse space
- Planning for 30,592 sqm of non-bonded warehouse and support facilities
- Conceptual layout for optimal site circulation, docking, and cargo handling
- Scalable design framework to accommodate phased development and future expansion
