This large-scale transportation and logistics facility was developed to support vehicle services, freight movement, and warehousing operations in a rapidly growing economic zone. Designed with efficiency and scalability in mind, the hub integrates infrastructure, buildings, utilities, and roadways to streamline transport workflows and supply chain management.
Scope of Work
F2i provided end-to-end BIM and construction engineering services, covering:
- BIM modeling from LOD 350 to LOD 500 for all infrastructure and buildings
- Design and coordination of site-wide utilities, road networks, and MEP systems
- Detailed modeling for warehouses, ancillary buildings, and transport facilities
- Clash detection and construction documentation to support on-site delivery
