As part of a broader waterfront revitalization effort in Abu Dhabi, this redevelopment project focused on upgrading critical infrastructure in a high-traffic marina zone. The development includes public spaces, marine structures, utilities, and supporting amenities designed to enhance visitor experience and functional capacity at the water’s edge.

Scope of Work

F2i was engaged to provide comprehensive BIM services for the redevelopment, covering:

  • LOD 400 and 500 infrastructure modeling for utilities, bridges, culverts, and public realm features

     

  • BIM support for ancillary buildings and marine-adjacent landscape zones

     

  • Multi-disciplinary coordination across civil, architectural, and structural scopes

     

  • High-detail constructible models to support tendering and execution
