F2i provided full-scope BIM services for a landmark residential community in Al Shamkha, one of Abu Dhabi’s most rapidly developing urban zones. The project includes 557 premium villas and over 50 hectares of infrastructure, designed to support a modern, community-focused lifestyle.
Our Scope Included:
- BIM modeling for 3–6 bedroom villas and site-wide infrastructure
- Structural, architectural, MEP, and infrastructure coordination
- LOD 300, 400, and 500 model development for buildings and utilities
- Construction engineering support and clash detection
- Multi-disciplinary coordination and construction-ready documentation
