Smart District Infrastructure & Public Realm Development – Abu Dhabi, UAE
This infrastructure enhancement project supports a forward-thinking, mixed-use development within one of Abu Dhabi’s leading sustainability-driven districts. The scope included essential utilities, public access infrastructure, shaded parking, landscape design, and urban furnishings—all contributing to a walkable, human-centered environment in a high-tech innovation hub.
Scope of Work
F2i provided full-scope engineering and BIM services across both design and construction phases. Deliverables included:
- Detailed design of infrastructure utilities, roads, and compound boundary systems
- BIM modeling at LOD 350, 400, and 500 for all key components
- Layout and design of public parking areas, vehicle shades, guard houses, and access control points
- Urban furniture planning and integration of hardscape and softscape elements
- Coordination of road markings, signage, and landscape with all civil interfaces
Results Delivered
F2i ensured complete design integration across infrastructure, transport, and architectural zones.
