This urban infrastructure enhancement project focused on a key arterial road and surrounding districts within one of Abu Dhabi’s prominent development zones. The initiative aimed to support improved mobility, connectivity, and landscape integration through coordinated roadworks and utility upgrades.

Scope of Work

F2i provided detailed design and BIM engineering services to support construction execution and as-built documentation. The scope included:

  • Infrastructure design for roads, utilities, drainage, and signage

  • BIM modeling at LOD 350, 400, and 500 to support construction accuracy

  • Roadway markings, signage placement, and traffic coordination plans

  • Integration of hardscape and softscape landscape elements

  • Interface management between transport, utility, and landscape systems
